The Sr. ER Consultant is responsible for:
Primary responsibilities include investigations, corrective action, coaching & counseling for leaders, leaves of absence, accommodations, and support for reductions in force, EEOC responses, and policy interpretation. Core competencies include concise and compassionate communication, active listening, conflict resolution, negotiation, and mediation skills.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
5-7 years in Human Resources, counseling, social work, law, or a comparable field.
Master's Degree or J.D.
