Job summary

Central Transport LLC is seeking a supervisor to lead a large fleet of over-the-road drivers in a dynamic logistics environment. You will coach, mentor, and manage a team while coordinating with field operations to uphold safety and service standards.

The role requires strong leadership, tech-savviness, and excellent communication. The position involves monitoring HOS, optimizing dispatch, and producing efficiency reports.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of 70 to 100 drivers (OTR).
• Monitor Hours of Service (HOS) and ensure drivers return safely from each dispatch.
• Promote Safety, Service, and Quality improvements with field operations.
• Inform internal teams of driver statuses and changes.
• Analyze driver metrics to create efficiency reports.
• Maintain a safe work environment compliant with DOT/OSHA standards.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary ranges from: $55,000-$65,000 annual.

Schedule

Candidate must be able to work a flexible schedule of: Mon-Fri 11:00pm-9:00am Mon-Fri 3:00pm-1:00am.
