Ladders is seeking a Strategic Software Project Manager for Professional Services to lead complex client-facing software implementations from kickoff to delivery in a remote US-based role. You will partner with sales, delivery, and cross-functional teams to scope work, manage timelines and budgets, and serve as escalation point while delivering digital transformation outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading large-scale billable services delivery in a SaaS or consulting environment.
• Experience managing projects with budgets over $100k, focusing on high-stakes enterprise implementations.
• Advanced skills in managing Gantt schedules and resource forecasting.
• Deep understanding of Organizational Change Management (OCM) with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders.
• Experience in Construction, Engineering, or Financial SaaS industries preferred.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating technical requirements into business value.
• PMP and/or CAPM certification strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead full project lifecycle for complex professional services engagements from kickoff through delivery.
• Facilitate design workshops and create comprehensive project documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute custom Statements of Work (SOWs).
• Provide pre-sales support as the delivery expert, assisting with scoping and timelines.
• Maintain 60-70% billable utilization while managing project margins.
• Identify and manage project scope creep through change control processes.
• Act as the primary point of escalation for stakeholders, providing updates on milestones and budget.

For our client, we are seeking a Strategic Software Project Manager, Professional Services to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will lead complex client-facing software implementation engagements from kickoff through delivery within a professional services environment. The position partners closely with sales, delivery, and cross-functional internal teams to scope work, manage timelines, control budgets, and keep enterprise projects moving forward. It also serves as a key escalation point for stakeholders while supporting digital transformation outcomes for customers. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $126,514 – $173,956 annually
