Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Senior Director to lead Product & Pricing Operations, shaping integration strategies for acquired businesses and transforming the product launch process across the company.

You will translate complex strategies into scalable, repeatable systems, partnering with Product Management and Engineering to ensure accurate licensing and entitlements, while driving governance and executive alignment across functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, CS, engineering, or related field.
• 10–15+ years in product, pricing, or operations leadership in enterprise SaaS.
• Proven track record of large-scale cross-functional transformations and NPI.
• Experience with M&A integration of product suites and pricing workflows.
• Strong executive presence and ability to influence leadership.

Responsibilities

• Transform the New Product Introduction process and systems to speed time-to-market.
• Lead the ongoing transformation of product launches into scalable operations.
• Partner with Product Management and Engineering to ensure high-quality licensing and entitlements delivery.
• Establish governance and launch readiness councils across functions.
• Define metrics to measure launch efficiency and pricing performance.
• Build and mentor a high-performing product and pricing operations team.
• Drive change management plans including training and communications.
• Influence annual compensation planning to support new and organic products.
