Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required from 4-year college or university.
  • 8+ years' analytics experience in pharma/biotech/healthcare with large, dispersed sales teams; 4+ years in Incentive Compensation.
  • Strong expert in IC design, analytics, operations, processes, and business acumen.
  • Robust solutioning skills with innovative approaches grounded in feasibility.
  • Hands-on IC analytics including modeling and simulations and delivering insights.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate thought leadership across the IC function, including design, analytics, operations, and PMO.
  • Build strong relationships with HQ and Sales leadership, stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Design IC plan options, evaluate pros/cons, and provide reasoned recommendations.
  • Develop IC performance KPIs and health checks to monitor plan effectiveness.
  • Create innovative IC solutions while ensuring compliance with policies and guardrails.
  • Run IC modeling and simulations, mentor team, and ensure quality of work.
  • Present IC recommendations and results to the Sales Leadership Team.
  • Collaborate within the IC team to improve efficiency, motivation, and retention.
