Job summary

Amgen seeks a senior leader to drive the incentive compensation design and analytics for the Cardiovascular BU in a US-based role. You will align sales compensation with brand strategy, lead design initiatives, and coordinate with the India delivery office for administration and reporting.

Thousand Oaks on‑site work 2–3 days per week is preferred, with possible remote arrangements. You will partner with Finance, HR, and Field Leadership to optimize programs and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Doctorate/PhD with hands‑on IC design experience or equivalent.
• Master’s degree with hands‑on experience in incentive compensation design.
• Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years in incentive compensation architecture.
• Associate’s degree with 12+ years in IC design and management.
• High school/GED with 14+ years in incentive compensation design.

Responsibilities

• Lead incentive compensation plan and contest design for the BU.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to align IC strategy with brand goals.
• Model and monitor IC plans using data to drive improvements.
• Oversee IC administration and offshore delivery office coordination.
• Identify opportunities to improve IC design and processes.
