Job summary

Amgen is seeking an Associate Director of Incentive Compensation Design and Analytics for the Cardiovascular BU. You will lead the design, implementation and evaluation of incentive plans to align with business goals and rewards.

This role reports to the Director and collaborates with forecasting, analytics, HR and finance across onshore and offshore teams. The position emphasizes onsite work in Thousand Oaks with some remote arrangements possible, guiding senior leaders and delivering IC

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree with 3+ years in incentive compensation design, implementation and management.
• Masters degree with 5+ years in IC design and analytics.
• Bachelors degree with 7+ years in IC design and analytics.
• Associates degree with 12+ years in IC design and analytics.
• High school diploma / GED with 14+ years in IC design and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Primary point of contact for senior commercial leaders on IC plan and contest design for the BU.
• Lead IC design strategy with senior sales and brand leadership and cross-functional support.
• Monitor and evaluate IC plans using data analysis, modeling and audits.
• Coordinate with Amgen's India delivery office for IC administration, payouts and reporting.
• Identify opportunities to enhance IC design, analytics, and operations.
