Job summary

Qualifications

Designing, implementing, and managing incentive compensation plans at a senior level.
Experience aligning IC plans with brand strategy and sales force dynamics.
Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

Lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of incentive plans for an entire business unit.
Align sales compensation strategy with business goals and ensure fair rewards.
Coordinate IC administration and operations with Amgen's India delivery office.
Collaborate with senior leaders across forecasting, analytics, HR and finance to drive design.
Identify opportunities to enhance IC design, analytics, and operational processes.
