• Scope includes enterprise desktop engineering tasks, client endpoint management, and infrastructure support.
• Working knowledge of SCCM / Configuration Manager, Microsoft Intune, endpoint compliance monitoring, application packaging, software deployment, Windows feature updates, OS patch management, device lifecycle management, and asset reporting.
• Troubleshooting complex software deployments, VDI troubleshooting, Citrix environments, printer infrastructure, Wyse thin-clients, Epic workstation readiness, Imprivata integrations, browser/app automation issues, and enterprise authentication solutions.
• A strong candidate should diagnose issues independently, perform root cause analysis, develop workarounds, and handle production-impacting incidents with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Oversees broader enterprise desktop engineering tasks and client endpoint management.
• Manages infrastructure support and printer/WD infrastructure components.
• Ensures security compliance with HIPAA-conscious endpoint administration and Imprivata integrations.
