Qualifications

• 7+ years of marketing experience, including 3+ years in customer or lifecycle marketing.
• Strong B2B SaaS or cybersecurity background with analytical and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own lifecycle marketing across onboarding, adoption, retention, renewal, and expansion.
• Build signal-based campaigns and enablement programs that reduce churn.
• Partner with Customer Success, Sales, Product Marketing, and Revenue Operations.
• Define segments, journeys, messaging, budgets, and cross-functional workstreams.
