Horizon3 seeks a senior engineer to own the first 30 days from sales handoff to deployment, lead kickoffs, confirm scope and go-live criteria, and manage the plan while

Responsibilities

• Own the customer's first 30 days, from sales handoff to production deployment.
• Lead the kickoff, confirm scope, environments, and go-live criteria.
• Project-manage the plan and track blockers like credentials and firewall changes.
• Diagnose implementation failures across cloud, networking, and security.
• Work in Linux production environments, deploy Docker and Kubernetes workloads.
• Provision and troubleshoot environments in AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Partner with CS, Engineering, Product, and Sales to unblock issues.
• Mentor junior engineers and build reusable scripts and playbooks.
• Stay current on cloud, container, and security practices.
