Horizon3, a fast-growing remote cybersecurity company, is seeking a Senior Marketing Operations Manager to own and scale the systems, processes, and data foundation powering our go-to-market engine. This role sits at the center of Marketing, Sales, and RevOps, turning strategy into measurable pipeline and revenue impact.

You will lead marketing tech stack architecture, cross-functional programs, and data governance, collaborating with Marketing, Sales, and RevOps to drive pipeline and revenue.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in marketing operations, revenue operations, or related role in B2B SaaS/tech.
• Expert hands-on experience with marketing automation (Pardot or Marketo preferred) and Salesforce, incl. integrations.

Responsabilités

• Own the architecture and roadmap for the marketing tech stack across GTM channels.
• Lead complex cross-functional projects from problem definition through rollout.
• Set standards for campaign building, tracking, and measurement; partner with Marketing, Sales and RevOps.
