Position: Sr Customer Experience Coordinator

This entry-level role involves solving customer-related issues of limited complexity, performing administrative tasks, and supporting our customer experience initiatives. Responsibilities include:

  1. Executing daily customer service tasks such as calls, order processing, delivery updates, claims, and purchase orders.
  2. Responding promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  3. Proactively resolving customer issues with timely solutions.
  4. Coordinating communication between customers and associates.
  5. Serving as a resource for customer experience support.
  6. Potentially handling warehouse and inventory tasks.
  7. Maintaining organized records of customer interactions.
  8. Applying standard procedures and basic analysis to solve problems.
  9. Performing additional duties as needed.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred), 0-2 years of relevant experience or equivalent education and experience, strong communication and organizational skills, multitasking ability, high integrity, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
