The Sr Customer Experience Coordinator is an entry-level contributor responsible for solving customer-related problems of limited complexity and scope, performing administrative tasks to gain knowledge and skills related to the department. This role will coordinate various aspects of the customer experience, including handling inquiries, resolving issues, and implementing initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include:
  1. Executing daily tasks such as customer calls, order processing, delivery status updates, customer claims, purchase orders, and other department responsibilities.
  2. Responding promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  3. Proactively resolving customer issues and providing timely solutions.
  4. Coordinating communication with customers and associates.
  5. Serving as a resource for other associates regarding customer experience.
  6. Managing warehouse and inventory tasks as needed.
  7. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
  8. Providing basic analysis and applying knowledge from experience or standard procedures to solve problems.
  9. Performing other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
  • 0-2 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Conceptual knowledge of theories, practices, and procedures within a discipline.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • High integrity and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential data.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
