TTI Power Equipment is seeking a Sr. Corporate Recruiter on a full-time temporary/contract basis in Anderson, SC. You will partner with department heads to determine staffing needs, source qualified candidates, prescreen, coordinate interviews, and guide applicants through the hiring process.

The role includes onboarding coordination, various admin duties, recruitment-material creation, and representing TTI at local career fairs, with a path to project-based long-term opportunities.

Qualifications

• 4 year college degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• 5+ years of general recruiting experience.
• DESIRED: experience recruiting salaried Engineers (EE, ME specifically).
• Ability to work independently under general direction and guidance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of products.

Responsibilities

• Partner with department heads to ascertain staffing needs.
• Utilize recruitment tools and strategies to identify and source qualified candidates.
• Prescreen all qualified applicants.
• Spearhead the organization and scheduling of interviews.
• Guide applicants through the hiring process.
• Coordinate new hire onboarding process.
