Job Title: Sr. Construction Manager

Job Description: A Columbus area engineering firm is seeking an experienced Construction Manager familiar with managing site development for large-scale industrial chemical plants.

Requirements

• High School Graduate or GED
• Associate or Bachelor degree in Construction Management, Chemical, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering is a plus
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Experience as an On-Site Construction Manager
• Ability to review and assist contractors with permits
• Familiarity with site development for large chemical plants
• Ability to read blueprints, specifications, and technical drawings
• Experience with large ductwork, industrial control systems, and emissions burn-off flares is highly desired

This is a contract role projected to last at least 8 months, potentially up to 1.5 years or longer, managing two projects near Downtown Columbus. Candidates must pass a criminal background check and a 10-panel drug screen. Only U.S. Citizens or Green Card holders may apply.
