We are seeking a Project Manager with a completion of an electrical apprentice program with experience in the electrical construction industry who will lead the construction process efforts for assigned project(s) to ensure the success is aligned with the budget, schedule, and is constructible.
The responsibilities include sales, marketing, estimating, contracts, job meetings, manpower/scheduling, budget management, billing, payroll, cost to complete/WIP reports, change orders, and project closeouts. Each area involves specific tasks such as preparing estimates, managing contracts, attending meetings, scheduling manpower, monitoring budgets, ensuring accurate billing, overseeing payroll, analyzing project costs, managing change orders, and completing project closeouts.
