The Senior Information Security Officer will be a member of the Business Information Security Officer's (BISO) organization, working closely with the line of business CIOs/CTOs. This role involves supporting the Real Time Communications and Productivity Team to develop a deep understanding of the business, enabling specialized, risk-based security discussions. It also includes guiding on information security policies, controls, and supporting strategic portfolio rollouts such as M365 and AI capabilities on enterprise meeting platforms.

Required Skills

• Deep understanding of M365 and related components
• 10+ years of experience in security architecture and/or Information Security
• 5+ years of risk management experience with proven application of risk principles
• Expertise in cloud security, virtualization, application architecture, vulnerability testing, and risk appetite development
• Experience evaluating cybersecurity controls across platforms including Cloud/SaaS/IaaS/PaaS
• Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills
• Strong influencing and problem-solving abilities
• Comfortable communicating technical and non-technical audiences
• Leadership qualities to collaborate across various management levels

Desired Skills

• Experience with cloud implementations in Azure, AWS, and GCP
• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, IT, or related field

Scale/Scope

• Strong cybersecurity architecture background with knowledge of Financial Service requirements
• Serve as an SME in information security, guiding LOB investments and risk management
• Advise on risk issues and compliance, including M365 security baselines and mobile security strategies
• Assess security opportunities and challenges for key initiatives
• Influence collaboration across teams and serve as a BISO process trainer
• Monitor internal and external security trends, keeping leadership informed
• Support end-user platform security, ensuring user experience and security compliance

Pay Transparency and Benefits

Salary range: $141,700 - $206,100, with eligibility for discretionary incentives based on performance. Benefits are comprehensive, supporting employee growth and community impact.
