We’re seeking a highly experienced Senior Software Engineer to leverage cutting-edge AI coding assistants to accelerate and enhance engineering initiatives across our enterprise software organization. This hands-on role requires strong development skills and AI tool expertise to deliver immediate value while driving broader adoption. Job Responsibilities

• Implement solutions using AI-assisted development techniques within team codebases
• Understand and contribute across diverse technical domains for high-impact assistance
• Identify opportunities for AI-augmented development
• Evaluate and recommend AI coding tools to enhance productivity
• Establish guidelines for AI coding assistant usage, including prompt engineering and code quality standards
• Develop monitoring and governance frameworks for AI tool usage
• Mentor engineers on effective AI prompt engineering and workflows
• Showcase productivity improvements and success stories

Minimum Qualifications

• Experience and passion using AI coding assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Anthropic's Claude, OpenAI models)
• Strong .NET and React development skills
• Solid experience with Cloud architectures (Azure preferred)
• Advanced prompt engineering skills with large language models
• Ability to analyze and contribute to unfamiliar codebases rapidly
• Excellent communication skills for technical concepts and leadership presentations
• Proven track record of technology evangelism and continuous learning
• Experience with modern development practices and tools
