About The Role

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support Microsoft 365 adoption and user enablement initiatives. This role will help drive user engagement, training, communications, and knowledge-sharing programs while supporting collaboration and productivity tools across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate Microsoft 365 user community meetings and engagement activities.
• Support champion and power-user programs through communications and administration.

• Manage and enhance Microsoft 365 and Copilot resource sites and content repositories.
