Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of administrative or business support experience
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)
- Experience working with SAP
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

Job Responsibilities
Administrative & Executive Support
- Provide high-level administrative support to leaders and teams
- Manage calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and communications
- Prepare and maintain professional documentation, reports, and correspondence
- Maintain organized filing systems (electronic and physical)
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Extract, clean, and analyze data using Excel
- Build pivot tables, dashboards, and reports to support business decisions
Systems & Tools
- Perform SAP transactions including data entry, reporting, and tracking
- Ensure accuracy and quality across all systems and outputs
Customer & Commercial Support
- Prepare and manage customer quotes, invoices, and purchase orders
- Track documentation to ensure timely and accurate delivery
- Support commercial teams with document control and versioning
Executive Presentations
- Develop high-quality PowerPoint presentations for executive audiences
- Convert complex data into clear, visually compelling formats
- Ensure consistency in messaging and branding
Office & Operations Management
- Oversee day-to-day office operations
- Coordinate with vendors and manage office supplies
Community Outreach
- Lead and coordinate community outreach and volunteer initiatives
- Act as liaison with external partners
- Plan events and track participation
Preferred Qualifications
