Job summary
C2 Technology group, a Crete United Company, is seeking an experienced Access Control Installer to install, configure, and service card readers, door controllers, and credential platforms at client sites in Alabama. You will perform cable pulling, termination, site surveys, and coordinate with project managers while maintaining accurate installation records.
The role requires hands-on expertise with low-voltage systems, reading blueprints, and ensuring safety and QA standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of verifiable experience installing and servicing access control systems.
- Familiarity with platforms Lenel, Software House, Genetec, Honeywell, or similar.
- Ability to read, write, speak English and perform basic math.
Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot access control systems including card readers, door controllers, and credential management platforms.
- Pull and terminate low-voltage cabling associated with access control infrastructure.
- Conduct site surveys and coordinate with project managers and engineers.
- Complete installation documentation and quality assurance reports.
- Perform system testing and commissioning upon project completion.
