Job summary
Crete United's C2 Technology Group is seeking an access control technician to install, configure, and troubleshoot access control systems at client sites. You will pull and terminate low-voltage cabling, conduct site surveys, and coordinate with project managers.
The role requires 3+ years' experience, familiarity with Lenel, Software House, Genetec, Honeywell, and the ability to lift up to 60 lbs. This on-site position offers health/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), PTO, and a company vehicle
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years installing and servicing access control systems.
- Experience with Lenel, Software House, Genetec, Honeywell or similar.
- Experience with low-voltage cabling and termination.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Must read/write/speak English; basic math.
- Valid driver's license with clean record.
- Able to lift up to 60 lbs; work in confined spaces/heights/temperatures.
- Verifiable experience and references.
Responsibilities
- Install and commission access control systems.
- Pull and terminate low-voltage cabling.
- Conduct site surveys and coordinate with PMs and engineers.
- Complete installation documentation and QA reports.
- Perform system testing and commissioning after project completion.
