Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for issues from Trading and Operations environments, delivering timely troubleshooting.
• Leverage monitoring tools to identify production issues, communicate impact, and track resolution to completion.
• Manage an incoming email and ticketing queue, triaging issues by priority and escalating when appropriate.
• Build strong relationships with end users, setting expectations and providing transparent communication throughout issue lifecycle.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and systems through automation and technology-driven solutions.
