Job summary

Qualifications

• Approximately 1–3 years of experience in application support, production environments, or software development.
• Experience with Java or comparable programming experience.
• Strong SQL experience.
• Hands-on troubleshooting and application analysis experience.
• Understanding of Root Cause Analysis and problem resolution.
• Experience investigating application performance issues.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, related discipline, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot application and performance issues by reviewing code, logs, and application behavior.
• Conduct root cause analysis to determine why issues occurred and recommend solutions to prevent recurrence.
