Job summary

SIG Susquehanna is seeking an Application Support Analyst with strong SQL development skills to join our team. You will be the first line of defense supporting internally developed systems used by Trading and Operations, diagnosing issues through queries and scripts, and collaborating with engineering to resolve them.

You'll manage a ticket queue, communicate clearly with end users, and look for automation opportunities to streamline processes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in an application support role.
• 2+ years of SQL development experience.
• Willing to work 10am–7pm coverage.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for issues from Trading and Operations environments.
• Use monitoring tools to identify production issues and track resolution.
• Triage incoming emails and tickets by priority and escalate when needed.
• Build relationships with end users and communicate clearly through the lifecycle of issues.
• Identify automation opportunities to improve processes and systems.
