Qualifications

• BS/BA in STEM from ABET-accredited program.
• 4+ years in systems engineering activities and lifecycle support.
• Experience with radar systems or defense systems preferred.
• Ability to develop and maintain system requirements and interfaces.
• Familiarity with MBSE tools and modeling approaches.
• Ability to work with government engineers and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute systems engineering plans.
• Create and maintain system requirements, specifications, and interfaces.
• Support system architecture, requirements decomposition, and hardware/software allocation.
• Perform modeling, simulation, and system performance analysis.
• Participate in system integration, verification, and testing activities.
• Develop test plans and analyze system performance using MATLAB and lab tools.
