Job summary

SimVentions, Inc. is seeking a systems engineer to support SPY-6 radar engineering for the U.S. Navy. The role involves requirements development, system integration, testing, and collaboration with government engineers.

Travel to Moorestown, Wallops Island, and other Navy facilities is expected (up to ~5 trips/year). An ACTIVE Secret Clearance is required. A BS/BA in a STEM field is required, with ABET accreditation preferred.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in a STEM field from an accredited university; ABET-aligned curriculums preferred.
• Experience in requirements, interfaces, and lifecycle traceability essential.
• Familiarity with radar systems, Navy combat systems, or defense programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute systems engineering plans.
• Create and maintain system requirements, specs, and interfaces.
• Support architecture, decomposition, and hardware/software allocation.
• Perform modeling, simulation, and performance analysis.
• Participate in integration, verification, and testing activities.
• Develop test plans and analyze results using MATLAB.
