Qualifications

• 5 years of SPW field engineering or construction management experience.
• OSHA 30-hour construction certification (or completion within 6 months).
• Experience coordinating self-perform work and field teams.

Responsibilities

• Supervise SPW field crews and oversee daily activities.
• Ensure strict safety and quality adherence on sites.
• Coordinate materials, tools, and equipment for SPW tasks.
• Maintain daily logs and progress reports for SPW work.
• Communicate field updates to SPW leadership.
• Participate in safety meetings and site inspections.
