Responsibilities

• Build and manage a portfolio of commercial accounts across the greater Portland metro.
• Develop new commercial business through proactive outreach, referrals, and networking.
• Advise on vehicle configuration, upfit options, fleet financing, and service programs.
• Manage the full commercial sales process from first contact to delivery and beyond.
• Maintain a disciplined CRM with activity, follow-ups, and renewal timelines.
• Stay current on Sprinter configurations, incentives, and financing options.
• Represent Mercedes-Benz of Wilsonville and Swickard's hospitality standards.
