Job summary

Inadev seeks an Architect/Technical Lead to guide a Sprint Team on the platform, owning technical direction and code quality, mentoring developers, and aligning work with our cloud-native, AI-augmented architecture standards.

You will partner with the Scrum Master and Product Owner on delivery and sprint scope, drive architectural decisions, and ensure robust engineering practices while operating in Reston, VA with a HYBRID schedule.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience, including a technical leadership role.
• Strong hands-on development experience with modern cloud-native stacks.
• Experience with AWS services and CI/CD delivery.
• Strong mentoring and communication skills.

• Own code quality, code reviews, and engineering best practices
• Translate architecture standards into team-level implementation decisions
• Mentor developers and support their technical growth
• Partner with the Scrum Master and Product Owner on delivery and sprint scope
• Drive adoption of AI-assisted development tooling within the team
• Resolve technical impediments and coordinate cross-team integration points

Requirements
Non-Technical Requirements:

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Must be willing to work a HYRBID Schedule (2-3 Days) in Reston, VA & client locations in the Washington D.C. area as required.
• Ability to pass a 7-year background check and obtain/maintain a U.S. Government Clearance
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Must be able to prioritize and self-start.
• Must be adaptable/flexible as priorities shift.
