Job summary

Inadev is seeking a Database Architect/Technical Lead to guide the engineering work of a Sprint Team. You will own technical direction and code quality for your team, mentor developers, and ensure solutions align to cloud-native, AI-augmented architecture standards.

Responsibilities include setting design direction, reviewing code, and driving delivery with a focus on AWS and CI/CD practices. Collaboration with Scrum Master and Product Owner is essential.

The Database Architect/Technical Lead guides the engineering work of a Sprint Team on the platform. You will own technical direction and code quality for your team, mentor developers, and ensure solutions align to the program's cloud-native, AI-augmented architecture standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day technical leadership and design direction for the Sprint Team
• Own code quality, code reviews, and engineering best practices
• Translate architecture standards into team-level implementation decisions
• Mentor developers and support their technical growth
• Partner with the Scrum Master and Product Owner on delivery and sprint scope
• Drive adoption of AI-assisted development tooling within the team

Non-Technical Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Must be willing to work a HYRBID Schedule (3-4 Days) in Reston, VA & client locations in the Washington D.C. area as required.
• Ability to pass a 7-year background check and obtain/maintain a U.S. Government Clearance

Required Qualifications
