This role focuses on inspecting and maintaining life safety product lines.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years experience in sprinkler systems NICET II and ITWBS.
• Licenses required by National, State and Local codes; ability to obtain.
• Ability to read blueprints, diagrams, submittals and manuals.
• Experience with hand tools and multimeter usage.
• Experience with wet, dry, pre-action, deluge and foam systems.
• Willing to travel and perform physical labor up to 50–70 lbs; safety compliant.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections, testing, servicing, installing and preventative maintenance of life safety product lines.
• Work with low voltage wiring and associated devices for operation of low voltage equipment.
• Complete Service Acknowledgements with proper coding via laptops or paper copies.
• Follow and maintain a structured inspection schedule and archive documentation.
• Make minor repairs and programming changes under supervision.
• Complete assigned inspections on time and perform other duties as assigned.
