Job summary

The role involves close collaboration with Design staff to meet annual company objectives and personal performance goals. The ideal candidate will draft detailed drawings, estimate design hours, and coordinate with trades on complex projects while ensuring safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of NFPA standards and building codes.
• Ability to estimate and schedule design hours for projects.
• Ability to travel to job sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Create sprinkler drawings per NFPA standards and project specs.
• Coordinate pipe drawings, heads, hangers, and other sprinkler components with other trades.
• Develop hydraulic calculations and material takeoffs for submittals.
• Lead project tasks and provide regular status updates to the Manager.
