The program starts January 4, 2027 and runs through May 14, 2027, with mentorship and opportunities to advance in project engineering and operations leadership.

Qualifications

• Active junior or senior pursuing a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or similar
• Target graduation date between August 2027 and December 2028
• Must be able to commute onsite to assigned location
• Valid driver's license
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to think analytically, present ideas professionally, and work in project teams
• Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Support active heavy civil construction projects and field operations
• Learn how engineering principles apply to project planning, execution, quality, and safety
• Develop skills in reading construction drawings, specifications, and project documentation
• Collaborate with project engineers, superintendents, project managers, and field teams
• Engage in mentorship from industry professionals and explore career paths in project engineering and construction management
• Assist with submittals, RFIs, documentation updates, and weekly safety meetings
