Qualifikationen

• Must be an active junior or senior college student pursuing a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or similar.
• Graduation date targeted between August 2027 and December 2028.
• Must be able to commute onsite to assigned location.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to think analytically, present ideas professionally, and work in project teams.
• Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship).

Aufgaben

• Process submittals by reviewing, stamping, filing and distributing submittals.
• Send RFIs to architects and engineers.
• Resolve problems generated from plans and specifications.
• Update and distribute construction drawings, specifications, shop drawings and samples.
• Participate in weekly safety meetings and document minutes.
• Lead project orientation and maintain logs.
• Assist with trade contractor coordination and scheduling.
