Job summary

St Charles Park District is seeking a part-time Front Desk Associate at the Sportsplex in St. Charles, IL. The role requires a friendly, safety-minded individual who can greet the public, answer questions, and process registrations with accuracy.

Qualifications include 16+ years old, a High School Diploma (or in progress), and current First Aid/CPR/AED certification or ability to obtain within 30 days. DCFS reporter certification must be maintained or obtained within 30 days.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• High School Diploma or diploma in progress.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Greet the public courteously, obtain information and give clear information.
• Maintain First Aid/CPR/AED certification or obtain within 30 days of hire.
• Maintain DCFS mandated reporter certification or obtain within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Answer telephones and greet customers.
• Provide information and assist fellow staff.
• Process registrations, collect fees, issue receipts, and initiate refunds.
• Notify class participants of changes or cancellations.
• Maintain a neat and orderly service desk and lobby area.
