Caesars Entertainment in Las Vegas, NV, on-site, is seeking a sportsbook operations leader. Reporting to the District Manager, you will be the face of our retail sportsbook, delivering top-tier customer service to regulars and novice bettors while guiding staff.

You will manage costs, lead meetings, mentor staff, and ensure compliance with company and state gaming rules, as Caesars Digital and Caesars Entertainment set the standard for hospitality and gaming excellence.

Qualifications

• 21+ age and able to pass a background check.
• Able to obtain a gaming license from Gaming Control Board.
• Fluent in English, written and verbal.
• Flexible to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Proven ability to motivate and mentor staff.
• Strong communications skills and professional appearance.
• Understand and enforce compliance with company and gaming regulations.
• Ability to obtain an Employer Identification Number (EIN).

Responsibilities

• Support Book Manager to maximize sportsbook profitability.
• Control labor costs and inventory in the sportsbook.
• Lead regular strategy meetings with sportsbook leadership.
• Mentor ticket writers and staff development.
• Deliver high-level customer service to regulars and novices.
• Handle escalated customer issues.
• Ensure operations comply with company and state gaming rules.
