Caesars Entertainment's Sportsbook Supervisor in Laughlin, NV is a full-time on-site role. You will manage sportsbook operations, deliver high-level customer service to regulars and new bettors, and lead a team to ensure compliant, profitable performance. Strong English, leadership, and flexible shifts are required.

The ideal candidate will mentor staff, control labor costs, and drive initiatives with the Book Manager while following state gaming rules and company policies.

Formación

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Be able to pass a background check.
• Able to obtain a gaming license from the Gaming Control Board and other jurisdictions if deemed necessary.
• Proficient in English verbal and written.
• Flexible to work various shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Understanding and responsibility to adhere to all compliance requirements set for by the company and Gaming Control Board.
• Obtain an Employer Identification Number (EIN).
• Ability to motivate, lead, and mentor staff members. Strong communications skills, both written and verbal.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.

Responsabilidades

• Help the Book Manager become aware of operational information that will help to maximize the profitability of the sports book.
• Manage the operational cost of the sports book, with a focus on labor costs and inventory management/control.
• Hold regular meetings with sports book leadership to develop strategic initiatives in the promotion of the sports book.
• Mentor employees to help them become better ticket writers.
• Drive and motivate the staff to deliver a high level of customer service to both regular customers and novice bettors.
• Handle escalated customer complaints/issues as needed.
• Ensure that the sports book staff is operating in a manner that follows all company and state gaming agency rules and regulations.
