Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Pass a drug screen, background check, and obtain a gaming license.
• 1+ years of cash handling experience; strong customer service.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide a high level of customer service to sportsbook guests.
• Adhere to company and regulatory rules and regulations.
• Answer customer questions and escalate when needed.
• Promote our sports betting options and maintain professional conduct.
• Complete compliance paperwork per Title 31 and gaming standards.
