Qualifications

• Sits/stands for extended periods.
• Basic computer knowledge (Email, MS Excel, internet).
• HS Diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.
• Must be 21+ years old.
• Must pass drug screen, background check, and obtain a gaming license.
• 1+ years of cash handling experience.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Flexible schedule incl. nights, weekends, holidays preferred.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Provide high level customer service at sportsbooks.
• Adhere to company rules and regulatory agency guidelines.
• Answer customer questions promptly; escalate when needed.
• Deescalate disputes and escalate to supervisor when required.
• Promote and explain sports betting options to customers.
• Represent Caesars Digital with professionalism and integrity.
• Ensure compliance paperwork is completed per policy and gaming board standards.
• May perform additional duties as assigned.
