Job summary

Hourly wage is $16.75, with a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week. The incumbent reports to a foreman and participates in various groundskeeping duties to maintain parks and public spaces.

Qualifications

• Irrigation and tree trim/grounds cleanup experience is desired.
• An equivalent combination of education, experience and training may be considered for minimum requirements.
• Possession of a valid Florida driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Performs yard and field maintenance such as cutting grass, edging, weeding, laying sod, spreading grass seed and fertilizing.
• Other duties include: spraying for insects, landscaping, sports field maintenance.
• Other duties as assigned.
