Job summary

City of Delray Beach is seeking a maintenance worker to perform semi-skilled manual work across park buildings, grounds, and trees. You will operate vehicles and landscaping equipment, perform routine cleaning, and assist in general maintenance tasks under supervision.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain buildings, grounds and parks; clean, scrape, paint.
• Operate vehicles, mowers and related equipment.
• Perform safety inspections and building/grounds maintenance.
• Prepare daily written and oral reports.
• Set up chairs/tables for activities and assist in cleanup.
