Playfly Sports is seeking a Revenue Generation Associate to join our team at Washington State University. The role involves outbound phone calls, in-person appointments, and campus tours to sell season tickets and group plans, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.

You'll maintain CRM records, work with leadership to meet sales goals, and help grow revenue across ticketing products while representing a diverse and inclusive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in ticket sales or related sales roles is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for presenting to clients.
• Ability to maintain accurate records in CRM systems and track progress.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and service inbound calls for all ticketed sports.
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals while delivering value and service.
• Maintain and update CRM records for prospects and customers.
• Work home games and perform sales and service duties as assigned.
• Contact area businesses and individuals to sell season tickets and group plans.
• Conduct outbound calls and face-to-face appointments daily.
