Job summary

Playfly Sports is seeking a Consultant, Sales and Service to join our team at Ball State University. This role serves as the primary liaison between our client base and the athletics department, focusing on renewing and growing season ticket accounts and generating new business through outbound calls, email campaigns and meetings.

You will conduct stadium tours, manage a portfolio of accounts, and collaborate with local businesses to drive revenue and fan engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• Ticketmaster software and HubSpot CRM a plus.
• Experience in ticket sales or customer service preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Renew and grow season ticket accounts.
• Generate new business through outbound calls, emails, and meetings.
• Provide exceptional customer service for all ticketing needs.
• Schedule stadium tours and in-arena presentations.
• Build relationships with season ticket holders, donors, and prospects.
