Job summary

Lids Sports Group in Lithonia, GA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily store operations and drive sales. You will mentor staff, schedule shifts, uphold brand standards, and ensure outstanding customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

As the heart of the store, you will implement visual merchandising, manage inventory, assist in training, and collaborate with the Store Manager to meet KPIs while creating an inclusive, team-focused atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Established ability to produce sales results while minimizing loss.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate verbally in a clear professional manner.
• Ability to work unsupervised.

Responsibilities

• Lead, execute, and assist Lids selling strategy to achieve KPIs and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Resolve customer feedback and address issues in the moment, including escalations.
• Adhere to merchandising guidelines and maintain store cleanliness and appearance.
• Manage cash handling, opening/closing tills, and daily bank drops.
• Open and close the store following standard procedures.
