Zusammenfassung

Smith+Naphew is seeking a Sports Medicine Territory Manager for Washington, DC to drive sales across the Sports Medicine portfolio. You will convert physicians/accounts via in-person calls, provide surgical case coverage, and train surgeons through education programs in your territory.

Success requires strong technical Sports Medicine knowledge, relationship-building, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota. Travel within the territory and occasional national travel are expected.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum (4-6) years direct sales experience with 2-4 years in medical device industry preferred.
• Experience with selling technology and/or capital products to multiple call points in the hospital, including surgeons, nursing, administration, facilities, bio-med and information systems preferred.
• Proven track record selling/converting business at the surgeon or hospital level
• Proven success in achieving quota year over year.
• Experience leading/mentoring team members and new sales representatives

Aufgaben

• Convert physicians/accounts by making sales calls and providing clinical case coverage in the operating room.
• Train surgeons on Smith+Naphew products through education/programs in your territory.
• Collaborate with key orthopedic surgeons, hospital and OR staff, administrators, and clinicians.
• Increase awareness and adoption of products including the Sports Medicine product portfolio.
• Develop an effective territory business plan to generate revenue and meet/exceed your quota.
• Travel within designated sales territory with 2-4 overnights a month depending on geography; infrequent national travel for events and conferences
