Job summary

Smith Nephew in Baltimore, MD is seeking a Sports Medicine Territory Manager to drive adoption of the Sports Medicine portfolio. You will convert physicians and accounts, provide clinical coverage in the OR, and train surgeons on Smith Nephew products.

You will develop a territory business plan, build relationships with surgeons and hospital staff, and collaborate cross-divisionally to increase sales and patient outcomes. Travel 2–4 overnights per month; base pay $60k–$80k plus commissions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 4–6 years direct sales experience, medical device preferred.
• Experience selling technology/capital products to hospital call points.
• Proven track record meeting/quota targets year over year.
• Experience leading/mentoring sales reps.

Responsibilities

• Convert physicians/accounts by sales calls and clinical case coverage in the OR.
• Train surgeons on Smith Nephew Sports Medicine products through programs.
• Develop a territory business plan to generate revenue and meet quota.
• Collaborate with orthopedic surgeons, hospital staff, and cross-divisional teams.
