Job summary

Smith+Nephew is seeking a Sports Medicine Territory Manager in Seattle to consult on the Sports Medicine portfolio, focusing on soft tissue injury repair and degenerative shoulder, knee, hip, and small joints conditions. You will visit physicians, provide in‑room case coverage, and train surgeons in your territory.

Success relies on deep product expertise, relationship building, and a territory plan to drive revenue and hit quotas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum (4‑6) years direct sales experience with 2‑4 years in medical device industry preferred
• Experience with selling technology and/or capital products to multiple call points in the hospital, including surgeons, nursing, administration, facilities, bio‑med and information systems preferred.
• Proven track record selling/converting business at the surgeon or hospital level
• Proven success in achieving quota year over year.
• Experience leading/mentoring team members and new sales representatives

Responsibilities

• Convert physicians/accounts with sales calls and clinical case coverage in the OR while training surgeons on Smith+Nebburg products in your territory.
• Collaborate with orthopedic surgeons, hospital staff, administrators, and clinicians to raise awareness and adoption of products.
• Develop an effective territory business plan to generate revenue and meet/exceed your quota.
• Travel within designated territory with 2‑4 overnights a month; infrequent national travel for events and conferences.
