Job summary

OrthoIllinois is seeking a Clinic Lead to oversee daily clinic operations and coordinate with schedulers to optimize physician time in both clinic and the operating room. The role focuses on maintaining high-quality patient care and smooth patient flow under physician supervision.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and leadership skills, experience in clinical settings, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. Prior healthcare experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CNA, CMA, ATC, LPN or ROT certification within 6 months of hire required/maintain certification.
• One year of experience in a similar role preferred.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft and Google Suites preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate day-to-day clinic team activities under physician supervision.
• Coordinate with clinic and surgery schedulers for physician time management in clinic and OR.
• Perform clinical duties such as vital signs, minor procedures setup, and assistance.
• Assist physicians with injections, casting, wound management, and related tasks.
• Manage patient data entry for imaging and tests; ensure timely charting and documentation.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality.
